Questions and corrections

For a calculation question, include the tool name, a small non-confidential example, the result you expected, and the assumption or formula you think needs review. For a display problem, the page path and device or browser can help us reproduce it.

We welcome suggestions for useful logistics calculations and corrections to field-guide explanations. Please distinguish a mathematical error from a different commercial rule, operating calendar, or cost boundary; those differences can require a separate model.

Privacy and replies

Your message goes privately to the IronTandem team and is not published. Include a reply email only if you would like us to be able to respond. Calculator inputs are not attached automatically.

Do not send passwords, customer records, invoices, shipment identifiers, payment details, or other confidential business information. Use fictional or redacted figures. Messages are retained in the receiving email service as described in our privacy notice.

What this contact channel covers

This is a general contact and feedback channel for the website, not a carrier booking desk, urgent operational service, or professional advisory engagement. It cannot authorize shipments, settle billing disputes, approve customs documents, or change supplier accounts. No response time is guaranteed.

For an urgent shipment or payment matter, use the responsible carrier, supplier, or service provider's established contact process. For calculator limitations, see the explanation on the relevant tool page and the terms of use.
